Dear Mike and Julie and family, Please know how very sorry we are in the passing of your Father. I'm sure his life was full of love for you and his grandchildren. I will never forget the tribute that our professor (Mr. Slattery) made when we impromptu visited his classroom, and even after all the years since we'd graduated he remembered the encouragement that your Dad had given you to attend Kendall over a football scholarship elsewhere. Mr. Slattery remembered your Dad as a hero, and said that he has given this story of your Dad to his classrooms over the years, as he did again in front of you. Mr. Slattery explained how very wonderful it was and what a hero that your father was to do this, to encourage you in choosing art over another career. Prayers to you today and in the days to come.
