I just saw that Steve passed away. Although I'm not sure if I ever met him, his grandmother, Fay Donna, was a favorite niece of my grandmother, Edith Shaffer Wilson (my grandmother and Fay Donna's mother, Rose Shaffer Fowler, were sisters.) You and I have corresponded regarding family history in the past. What a wonderful obituary and tribute to Steve, who I certainly wish I could have known. I hope you are doing well.
