FRAMINGHAM: Dorothy A. (Donnell) Gray, 91, a resident of Framingham for 59 years, died peacefully in the presence of family on Monday October 15, 2018 at St. Patrick's Manor. She was the beloved wife of Gerald Gray of Framingham with whom she shared 65 years of marriage.

Born at home in South Boston, she was a daughter of the late Louis and Margaret (Kelly) Donnell and was a graduate of Gate of Heaven School with the Class of 1944. Mrs. Gray worked as the bookkeeper for her husband's business, Bonnie Upholstering in Allston, for many years. She enjoyed cooking and the ocean in Maine, especially Boothbay Harbor and York.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by a daughter, Cheryl M. Crivello and her husband Paul of Westborough; 3 grandchildren, Meghan Crivello of Charlotte, NC, Ashleigh Crivello of Worcester and Rebecca Crivello of Westborough; and a sister Jackie Prentiss of South Boston; as well as a son-in-law William White of Ashland. Mrs. Gray was predeceased by her daughter Donna White in 1984, and her son Robert L. "Bob" Gray in 2005.

A funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday October 19th, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at the Holy Family Chapel at St. Patrick's Manor, 863 Central St., Framingham. Burial will follow in Wildwood Cemetery, Ashland. A visiting hour will precede the Mass in the chapel from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. The family suggests that in lieu of flowers, memorial gifts be made in Dorothy's name to The American Cancer Society, 30 Speen St., Framingham, MA. 01701.
