Condolence From: Carol Plummer MacMillan
Condolence: To the Watson family: Please accept my belated condolences on the loss of Nelson and Kathy. I was recently (April 2023) trying to see if I could contact him and sadly came upon his obituary. My Dad, the late Norm Plummer, was friends with Nels and Kathy and introduced us in 1980. There had been a fire at my cottage in Tobermory and Nels and Kathy had fixed it up better than before, even adding a beautiful pink brick wall behind the wood stove. The brick was leftover from their own home in Tobermory. My late husband and I were invited to the house for dinner and met Tim, Norma and Archie. They would come over to the cottage quite often and enjoyed a few beers and laughs together until they moved north. In August 2018, Nels paid us a surprise visit at the cottage and we really enjoyed catching up, not knowing it was the last time we would see him! Nels and Kathy were wonderful, giving people. It was a privilege to know them both!

Condolence: To the Watson Family, please accept our sincere sympathy with the passing of your Dad. I didn’t personally know him but I would see and talk to both you fellows at the hospital, I saw an empty bed there and realized he finally had left this earth. Condolence From: Cathy & Dave Goodfellow
Condolence: Dear Tim, Norma Jean and Archie: So sorry to hear of the loss of your dad. Friend of mine, and cousin of Dave. He and your mom spent alot of time at Gillies Lake and Chip and I spent alot of time visiting with the family at the house at Tobermory too. Last time I saw them was at Dave's dad's Celebration of Life and was so good of them to come down for it. We had a real nice visit that day. Got pics of both of them and your Dad was laughing as was usual. I will always remember them. Take care.
