Dale E. Ives, Sr. died on Thursday, October 25, 2018 at the Doylestown Hospital. He was 77.
Dale was the loving husband of Alvina Ives with whom he shared 59 years of marriage.
Born in Ridgeway, PA he was a son of the late Ralph and Aldean Ives.
Dale was employed for 28 years with Triboro Electrical Company where he was a truck driver. He retired from Central Bucks School District, working at Tohickon Middle School as a custodian.
Dale enjoyed watching any kind of race on television, especially NASCAR, taking trips to Lancaster and other places including the casino.
In addition to his wife, Dale is survived by a son Dale, Jr. (Kellie), 5 grandchildren who were the apple of his eye and 9 great grandchildren. He is also survived by a sister Carol Nyce (Rick) and a son in law Rick Bruch. Dale was preceded in death by 2 daughters, Janet Bruch and Janice Appel and a son in law Chuck Appel.
Dale’s memorial service will be held 11:00 am Saturday, November 3, 2018 at the Tinicum United Church of Christ, 310 East Dark Hollow Road, Pipersville, PA 18947.
