Life Story for Nina Incantalupo
Nina Incantalupo, of Mt. Sinai, NY, formerly of Carmel, NY, died peacefully at home on December 19, 2018. She was 97 years old.
Mrs. Incantalupo was born on April 10, 1921 in Bari, Italy, daughter of the late Thomas and Theresa (Baccialieri) Scuccimarri. In 1930 at the age of nine Nina came to the US.
On April 21, 1946 she married the love of her life Joseph Incantalupo in the Bronx, NY. Joseph predeceased his wife on December 1, 2008.
Nina was a skilled seamstress. She was also a member of the Alter Rosary Society in Brooklyn and a parishioner of St. James Church, Carmel, NY. Her greatest passion and joy in life was her family.
Mrs. Incantalupo is survived by her loving children; Thomas Incantalupo and his wife Gladys of Mt. Sinai, NY, and Tina Ann Armato and her husband Sal of Redding, CT, her 4 grandchildren; Joanna, Joseph, Benjamin and Jessica and her 5 great grandchildren.
A mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated, Thursday December 27, 2018 at 10:30am at St. James Church Carmel, New York. Burial to follow at Rose Hills Memorial Park, Putnam Valley, NY. Family will receive friends Wednesday December 26th from 4pm-8pm at Beecher Funeral Home, Putnam Avenue, Brewster, New York.
