Albert F. Harrington formerly of Warrington passed away on Wednesday December 20, 2018 at Frederick Living in Frederick, PA. He was 87 years old. He was the husband of the late Elizabeth Agnes Funk Harrington who together shared 42 years of marriage.
Albert was born in Philadelphia and was the son of the late Francis and Laura Olejniczak Harrington. He had attended St. Joseph's Catholic School, in Warrington. Albert had been employed with the Warrington Knitting Mill, Keller Glove, in Plumsteadville and at Funk Electric, Plumsteadville. He was an avid Flyers fan and was fond of cats.
Albert is survived by his children Karen E. Christian (Keith) of York, PA., and
Audrey H. Fleisher (Harold) of Harleysville, PA. He was the grandfather of Elizabeth and Sarah Christian, Alan Fleisher (Marie), and Craig Fleisher. He was predeceased by his siblings: Marie Zacierka (Walter), Francis "Hank", Donald, and Louise Liuzzi (Louis)
Albert’s Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday January 5, 2018, 2018 at the Shelly Funeral Home 1460 Easton Rd. Warrington, PA. Interment will be held privately. The family will receive friends at the Funeral Home from 10:00am until the time of service.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be sent to the Bucks County Association for the Blind, 400 Freedom Drive, Newtown, PA 18940

I saw the pictures you posted. Such great memories of Uncle Al. I loved smelling his pipe and hearing him laugh. Every time he came to Towanda he reminded me that I was crazy to live where there were rattlesnakes. He would always make sure he was back at the Towanda Motel in time to watch his favorite sports team! What a great man!
