Doris T. Sweeney of Warrington, formerly of Philadelphia, passed away on Thursday December 20, 2018 at Sunrise in Dresher. She was 91 years old.
Born in Philadelphia Doris was the daughter of Felix and Anna Clauss. She was the wife of the late William F. Sweeney. Doris is survived by her children; Doris Higgins (Claude), Marie Lemek (Gary), Pat Sterling (Charlie) and Bernard Sweeney (Andrea). She is also survived by her 10 grandchildren, 16 greatgrandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Doris was predeceased by her 9 brothers and sisters.
Doris’s Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 am on Thursday December 27, 2018 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, Columbia Ave., Warrington, PA 18976. Interment will be held privately. The family will receive friends on Tuesday at the Church from 10:00am until the time of Mass.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be sent to the Marianist Mission Mount St. John 4435 E. Patterson Road Dayton, OH 45481
