Condolence: No words can describe the loss we feel. I was lucky to have her as a friend, Norma was very knowledgeable, giving and honest. Norma loved the Bichon and did so much for the breed, she served as secretary of the breed club for 20 years., and during those years it was so much fun to be a member. Thank you for your hard work!
