To the Family of Jane Downing: I was saddened to hear that my childhood friend has passed on but I know she's with Cecil and Jesus now. She wrote to me via a private message on Facebook back in October and told me she had stage 4 cancer and would be going home to be with Jesus soon. I have been praying for her almost daily and was hoping that God would heal her but His healing came by taking her to be with Him. I have wonderful memories of Jane's and my childhood days. She and her family lived next door to our home outside Titusville, Pennsylvania. We spent many hours playing at her Grandpa Kerr's farm up the road from us, and riding our bikes on the country dirt roads. I lost track of Jane after she moved away from Pennsylvania but have never forgotten her. Please know you are all in my prayers. God bless!
