Condolence: Elizabeth McLaughlin Doyle

Elizabeth, (Liz) Doyle was a wonderful friend and a very creative and loyal employee!

I met Liz in the late seventies when she joined Convatec as a sales representative for the new Division of E. R. Squibb and Sons. This young company focused initially on products for patients recovering from ostony surgery. Liz’s training and personality made it apparent right from the beginning that she was special. A few years later, I promoted Liz to the position of Product Manager where her knowledge and sensitivity helped her to develop effective products and programs to aid her target audience, ostony Patients and Enterostomal Therapy Nurses. She performed so well that within a few years she advanced to Marketing Director and she further utilized her skills in developing an effective staff.

Liz always wore a smile in the face of some really difficult business and medical problems. She was one of the most effective and loyal persons that I ever worked with. I will never forget her.

Condolence: I worked with Liz at ConvaTec (BMS). She was my great friend Laure's boss. What I remember most about Liz was that even though she was "the boss", she never made anyone feel less important or valued. She was always kind, inclusive and caring of everyone's importance no matter their specific role. In addition to that she was always FUN and never took herself too seriously. She was dealt a challenging set of cards and she played them with grace and dignity. I admired her strength and poise. She was a bright spot in many fond memories of my years at ConvaTec. May she rest in peace.

Condolence: Jim, Chris and family.
I am so sorry to learn about Liz. I will always remember the good times we shared on Pine Run Road.

Jim, as I mentioned to you the Memorial Service on 2/16/19 I will be unable to attend as I leave for Maine Friday afternoon on the 15th for our group snowmobiling trip.

My thoughts and prayers are with you and the entire family. May Liz rest in peace.

Regards, Chris Siebenson
