Sometimes we talked about family and politics, but mostly we talked about "food". My Uncle Pat loved to cook and share his meals and recipes with anyone who shared his passion; mostly, I think, he loved to eat! I will especially miss our phone conversations around the holidays; he always made baked ziti or some other wonderful Italian recipe for his family. My Uncle Pat was a kind and wonderful uncle, we will miss him.
