Ms. Carla Jo Mullaney was born September 19, 1963, to Joe B. Milton and Martha L. Thompson in Temple, Texas. She graduated from Temple High School, Temple, Texas, and later graduated from Niagara Community College, Niagara Falls, NY. She worked as a Drug Counselor.
Survivors are a son, Jerimiah Milton of Dallas; daughters, Traci Lawson of Killeen and Nikki Lawson of Belton; a brother, Ricky Milton of Springfield, Missouri; a sister, Toni Take of Temple; twelve grandchildren; and a host of relatives and friends.
