Rich was a true friend and he will be forever missed. I loved him like a brother. My heart is broken and I will never forget what a good, kind and caring person he was. I will never forget his calmness during Sandy. He called and said everything was looking ok. And then an hour later he said “Houston, we have a problem.” RIP Rich. Seaside and Windward will never be the same without you. ❤️
