Charles R. Curtis passed away on Sunday, March 3, 2019 at his home in Warminster. He was born in Philadelphia, on September 22, 1941, then resided in Huntingdon Valley until 2006. Charlie was the son of the late Frank and Margaret (Nee Krouse) Curtis. Charlie was the husband of Susan E. (Nee Pfeiffer) Curtis, who together had celebrated their 50th Wedding Anniversary last May.


In addition to his wife; Charlie is survived by his children, Kimberly A. Keller (Dan), and Charlie Curtis, Jr. (Judy). He was the brother of Russell Curtis (Palma). Charlie is also survived by his grandchildren Chase III, Bridget and Avery Curtis, and Carlie, Haley and Charlie Keller. Charlie is also survived by his brother-in-law Rip (Beverly) Pfeiffer and sister-in-law Pam (the late Lumpy) Keebler.


Charlie graduated from Northeast High School in 1959 and served in the Army National Guard. He spent his adult life as a Title Insurance Agent and was Vice President of Savings Abstract for many years.

He loved all sports including racquetball, bowling, golf, and more recently enjoyed playing cards and shuffleboard with his friends of the Five Ponds neighborhood. He loved watching the Phillies and Eagles games.

He enjoyed many summers at the Ocean City, New Jersey shore with family and friends.


Charlie’s Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 am, Friday, March 8, 2019 at the Shelly Funeral Home, 1460 Easton Road, Warrington where the family will receive friends after 10:00 am until the time of service. Internment will be held privately.
