Condolence From: Delayo Family
Condolence: Our heartfelt condolences to Joan and the Russo family. You remain in our thoughts and prayers. Carmen was a very kind, loving and gentle person. He was a dear friend of our family for countless years. He attended high school with our parents, which provided us the opportunity to meet him many years ago. Carmen was quite the man. He was always smiling, always happy. We recall many stories he shared about his family and from the “old days”. Carmen always had a kind word. When our Dad got sick and later passed away Carmen was always there for us. He visited daily to ensure we were “ok” and was always a phone call away if we needed anything. He was a true gentleman and is greatly missed. Rest in peace Carmen.

We am stunned by the news of Carms passing
And absolutely heartbroken for you, I only wish I could be with you all. Although I’ve never been much comfort when tragedy strikes, being pretty much of a blubber head myself!
Carmen could have taught classes on how to be a great Father, a Loving husband, a good neighbor, and a perfect citizen of his community! He will be sorely missed, and never out of mind for those of us who new him and loved him.
