Condolence: Pat and Family..I have the most wonderful memories of you and your sweet man Ed, from Ed running me around in different Parks in Lee County showing me this and showing me that-he was always teaching and I loved tha, explaining Parks and Rec protocols, to having you two and the Goods over for dinner, the graciousness of you both in hosting Kevin and I so many years for Thanksgiving...I will forever see the moustache under the cowboy hat in his truck, with a mischievous twinkle in his eye and that wonderful laugh, stellar sense of humour and keen intellect......I weep for you all and for all who knew Ed....for his no longer being here is indeed a profound loss, a void that is his and his alone..for he truly was one of a kind.

Instead of flowers, I opted for a tree sapling of the Mighty White Oak...in Ed's honour and memory...I think he would say "Mitch, I approve."

I don't know if you remember me. I was the foreign exchange student from Germany who stayed with Chris and Bubba Miller in Lehigh from 1994-95. We all went to the same church and I also went to school with your daughter Amy.
Chris informed me about Ed's death and I am deeply saddened by the loss that you and your family have encountered. My condolences. May care and love of those around you provide comfort and peace to get you through the days, weeks and months ahead.
