It is with deep sadness that the family of Marilyn Vaughan announces her passing at Hospice Niagara on Thursday December 17, 2020 at the age of 82 from cancer. Beloved wife of the late Samuel Vaughan (2017). Loving mother of Debra Johnston (David), Wayne (Barbi), Ronald (Leanne), Mitzi Sorokolit (Jeff) and Samuel Vaughan (Lori). She will be sadly missed by her nine grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Dear sister of Sheila Konig and sister-in-law of Liz Jansen. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Ross and Gladys Jansen and brother Gary Jansen. Marilyn was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend who touched so many lives. She was loved by many and will be dearly missed. The family would like to thank Hospice Niagara for their compassionate care of their mother. Due to Covid-19 restrictions the family will have a private service. As an expression of sympathy, donations to Hospice Niagara would be appreciated.
