KIRK, Raymond Arthur – Bravely after a two and a half year battle with cancer, Ray has been called to his Tee time in heaven. Beloved husband and best friend of Karen Cranswick-Kirk. Cherished father of Gary and his wife Cheryl. Loving grandfather of Kyle and Hayley and great grandfather of Everett. Ray will be sadly missed by his brother Basil and his wife Carolyn of Fredericton, New Brunswick, sister-in-law Eileen as well as his many friends and family near and far. Predeceased by his son David and brother Jim. Ray was a very active man. He was an avid golfer and loved playing at Cardinal Lakes whether it be in the Men’s Leagues or playing on Friday nights in the Couples League. He was a very compassionate and caring person who always had a kind word for everyone he met. He will especially be missed by the Wellie Cup Gang, his close friends of 35 years. When we remember Ray we won’t be sad but will remember all the good memories that brought a smile to our faces. Memorial donation to either the Walker Cancer Centre or Wesley United Church would be appreciated by his family.
