I knew Frank when I was a high school student in Antigonish.After he returned to Wilcox I became a friend of many football and hockey players that attended StFX university from Notre Dame.I kept in touch with Terry Cooney who kept me up to date about Frank.I send condolences to the family and his former players and friends.Bill
