I am very sorry to hear about Ed’s passing, but rejoice with you that he has now joined his beloved wife and his Lord Jesus in heaven. I have enjoyed my friendship with Ed over the years since 1989 as a fellow organic chemist who also worked at Lilly. Though our careers at Lilly did not overlap, we became good friends because of our love of chemistry and more importantly of our common faith in Jesus Christ, our Lord.
