Condolence: Julia was a loyal employee in the Local History & Genealogy Department of the Washington County Public Library. She started out as a volunteer for Louise Zimmer and eventually was hired. She specialized in U.S. presidents. history in general, her numerous German and Irish family lines, the Catholic church records and cemeteries of Washington county, and obituaries. She added many thousands of local obituaries to the online Ohio Obituary Index of the Rutherford B. Hayes Presidential Center. She researched many families for patrons.

Condolence: We are deeply saddened by Aunt Julia's passing. She really put the word "great" in her title of Great Aunt for our boys. They really loved her and her sense of humor. She was great at making us feel welcome when we came out to visit. We will miss her greatly.

Condolence: I am so sorry to read of Julia's passing. I am a cousin through the DENNISON line. It has been a couple years since Julia and I corresponded.
