The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Louis Van Cleef II can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

It seems like I have known you forever, you always seemed to appear in my office (Seneca Falls Town Court) when I needed you to make me smile. Your huge heart, amazing smile and ability to make me laugh could break my stress instantly. I love you my friend and I will miss you. Heaven needed another guardian angel so they took the best...my prayers to all who love you and feel this terrible pain.
