Its with great sadness that my brother Kevin told of Howard's passing.I remember the last time I saw Howard some years ago . He said to me I know you but I can't remember your name. Then I told him and he had a great big smile on his face. Probably remembering all the goofy things this city kid did or said. I truly appreciated the great life skills learned from Howard and the clan on my many visits as a teenager. May Howard rest in peace. He will be missed. Gregory GROFF Regina , Sk
