The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Maureen Gaski can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Lifelong Bristol Folks

Maureen and Scratch were upper classmen (seniors)and I was a sophomore at the high school on the Boulevard.  I always looked up to them.  They were the epitome of the perfect couple, he a handsome basketball hero, she a majorette.  Years passed, she was the Health Aide at Northeast School where my daughter attended.  I think my Jane was one of her best customers and thus our paths crossed again.  Years later, through my friend Mary Lou Deward, Maureen and I became friendly and socialized as widowed friends.  In addition, I was lucky to have participated in Yoga classes with her lovely daughter Lisa.    She has always been in my life and I truly loved her.  After her recent injury, I always intended to get in touch with her and then this summer I broke my hip and was house bound for quite a while, and never did get in touch with her for which I am so very sorry.  I feel I was very privileged to have known such a wonderful woman and shall miss her.

Sincerely,

Gail Morgan
