Thoughts and prayers are with all of Jim's family. First time I met Jim I was working for the Town of Shoshoni and he stopped in to see if we needed anything. He would stop in everytime he was in our area. After asking his name for about the third time he give me an American flag, to help me remember his name. I will never forget his name. RIP Earl
