I was so sorry to here of the passing of a good friend from high school. Wes Joy and I were good friends in grade 10 through 12 at NLSS now Temiskaming. We were partners in everything we did together. Upon graduating from grade 12 we both hitchiked together down to Hamilton Ont to apply for a job with Defasco or  Stelco.After two weeks we were hired however our ties to the North were too strong and we both returned to seek our fame and fortunes (we were only 19 ).Wess to Cobalt and I to Newliskeard. Life went on and we lost touch. I had always hoped that one day our paths would cross and we would reconnect and talk of the good old times. I decided to look for Wes and possibly communcate with him on Facebook during "Thanks Giving". It was here I learned of his passing.i am so sorry for having not tried to connect sooner.

I have fond memeries of my good friend, his smile,laugh and gentle way he carried himself. To his family I offer my condolences. To Wes i will say a special prayer.Your friendship meant a lot to me.
