I was very saddened to learn of Jim's passing. I had the pleasure of serving with Jim in the Wyoming Senate and sharing the comaraderie of the Young Men's Literary Club. He was a thoughtful, caring man who gave much to his community and fellow man and I truly enjoyed his company. I feel fortunate to have known him. My thoughts and prayers are with his loved ones.
