We were next door neighbors on DeVore Drive in the 90's. Joan and Bill were the sweetest, most generous neighbors--especially to our children Emily and Will. I'm so grateful for their warmth and good will, and the beautiful example of vibrant life they gave our children. Among many kind gestures, they gave each of our newborns a savings bond, and the generosity and wisdom in those gifts stayed with the kids as they grew. Joan would come bearing gifts at Christmas after we moved to Cole Drive, and she was ever her gracious and lively self. We send our warm thoughts and gratitude to her spirit and Family. Bill Owen
