Mrs Doris
I loved Mrs Doris like my own grandmother. From her love of a good Maryland crab cake to the telling of love stories on her closest friends she was a true gem. I have known her all my life and my favorite memory is Christmas dinners at Aunt Marie Pickett's home. I would fight my mom to get the seat next to Mrs Doris to hear all the gossip on woodbine residents. She had a remarkable memory and the details on aunt Maries love life made all of us giggle. I hope I never forget her voice and I know I will never forget Mrs Doris.
