To Vicki's family, I was in shock when I heard and then I cried most of the day. Just knowing that I won't get to talk or see her anymore just breaks my heart. I truly loved your mother/grandmother very much and she had been a very important part of my life. Not only was she a customer but most importantly she was my friend.
