The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Carol Ramey can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

This is a sad day and my heart is breaking for my Whited family, it especially breaking for the best-mother-in-law and friend a person could have....Hazel. Many years ago Carol was my maid of honor, my sister-in-law and my friend. She was beautiful, smart and sassy. She loved good smelling perfume and had a beautiful smile and sneaky little laugh. My children have lost their Aunt Carol and the world has lost a very kindhearted soul.....Heaven however, has gained a beautiful angel.
