Losing my mother unexpectedly at only 69 years old was something I was not prepared for. Michelle immediately recognized how overwhelming it was and completely put me at ease. Both she and Chad are two of the most caring and considerate people to have come alongside you in what is a one of life's most difficult things to process.

When you are having the worst time of your life grieving about a loved one’s death, there are very few things that bring joy. I’m so glad I called Rick Elliott at Adamson Life Celebration Center. He brought joy into a very painful week of planning a celebration for my father. This place is amazing. Their attention to detail, the personal touches they add to ceremony, the professional atmosphere and approach to the whole process is incredible. I’m not sure who could do it better. Thanks to everyone at Adamson!

The lighting of a Memorial Candle not only provides a gesture of sympathy and support to the immediate family during their time of need but also provides the gift of extending the Book of Memories for future generations.

Inspiring Man

Mr. Mirich was my principal in the late 70's at LaSalle Elementary School and then at NVMS. He was an amazing man who taught us all about respect, dignity and instilled in us a sense of pride of community. He displayed kindness and generosity while still being firm and consistent. His personal interaction with the kids and families made a lasting impact. I have used the lessons I learned from him in raising my own children and in working with my students. 

Some of the most memorable things he did occured after I went to high school. I remember multiple times having something printed in the paper that my brother or I had done, things we didn't even realize were there, but he did. He would cut them out and then when the bus was dropping us off from the high school he would be outside waiting and would stop me and give me the article and tell me how proud he was of us and to keep up the good work. 

Even after all these years, when I am working with students, I have more than once stopped to think hmm...I wonder what would Mr. Mirich have done? While we will never know the true depth of his impact on our community, I know for certain his lessons have positively guided me for over 40 years. 

The world has definately been a better place becuase of him.
