Candiss Parker

James Wayne Parker was my grandfather. He gave me good night hugs every time I spent the night with my grandparents. He knew how to operate that giant tv satelite people used to have before direct tv. (that's saying something.) He had fancy guppies and angel fish. He always made the corn bread. He was a warm person who had long conversations with me when we would go on car rides. He thought a lot of me and I of him. I'm so deeply saddened that he is gone, but I hope that he has been relieved of the difficulties of age and sickness. I hope he has reunited with his parents and brothers. I will always miss him, and fear death just a little less knowing that he will be there to meet me when my time comes. I love you Grandpa.
