Uncle Bud was great! I remember him coming up to our house when I was younger and my mom fixing a "huge" pot of spaghetti and he ate until he made himself sick. His belly ballooned up like he was 9 months pregnant. Unfortunately, he didn't learn because the next day he went for the pot of spaghetti again!!! Even though I didn't see him often in his later years because of the distance, he was thought of quite often. Especially when he made the trip up to Washington for my moms funeral several years back. That was really special to me and my dad. Uncle Bud - you will be missed.
