I was a child on holiday in Carrick in the early 1960s fetching some eggs for my beloved Aunt Mary Frances. I dropped the basket holding the eggs and broke nearly all of them. I came back in tears but she consoled me and told me what a lovely omelette we would make right away. Fond memories and happy times. Harold.
