Olivia, Please accept our sincerest condolences at Ming's passing. As a Bridgestone teammate, Ming was amongst the most knowledgeable and friendly; a truly rare combination. His guidance to our education team was always direct and beneficial. As a colleague his guidance will be missed. Personally, Ming was a considerable and valued source of information which made my program preparations easier and more helpful to our shared Canadian customers. He will be missed but the positive times we spent working and laughing together will last forever.
