To the family and friends of Arthur Minor I was so saddened to hear and learn of the passing of Art. I was blessed and honored to have met him and shared times thru the good and the sad times !!! He was a great and caring person that would help anyone out that needed it !!! A true friend to my family and ever one that came into our life !! Will be truly missed and Loved !!!
