Peacefully at Marianhill Residence, Pembroke, with his loving family by his side on Friday October 20, 2017 in his 89th year. Jim Sheridan of Pembroke, beloved husband of Denise Sheridan (nee Lapointe). Loved and cherished father of Marc Sheridan (Nancy), Ajax, Kerry Sheridan (Tami), Pembroke Debra-Ann Laplante (Denis), Stittsville, Christine Graham (Fred), Suzanne Sheridan, both of Pembroke and Gregory Sheridan (Tena), Belleville. Loving grandfather of 13 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. Dear brother of Sheila Schultz (late Donnie), Donna Power (Joe) and Kevin Sheridan (Catherine) and predeceased by Patrick Jr., Peter, Marilyn, Johnny, Mary O'Connell (late John), Maurice, Gerald (late Shirley) and Eamon. Brother-in-law of Eileen, Roxanne and Lucie Sheridan. Sadly missed by all his nieces and nephews. Son of the late Patrick and Annie (nee Mulholland) Sheridan. Friends are invited to share their memories of Jim with his family during visitation at the MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 296 Isabella Street, Pembroke on Wednesday from 8:45 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday October 25th at 11:00 a.m. in St. Columbkille's Cathedral Pembroke followed by cremation. Interment St. Columba's Cemetery. In memory of Jim, donations to the Alzheimer’s Society or the Pembroke Regional Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.
