Mom as we come closer to the two years since you left for heaven I want you to know that a part of me went with you. You were so special for the unwavering and unconditional love you showed me. My most favourite memory is our sitting in front of the home on a beautiful summer day. That day you declared Jesus as your Lord and saviour. Remember the cardinal that subsequently landed on a tree branch and sang a beautiful song. I wonder if she serenaded you into heaven. I know we'll see each other again and that keeps me going.
