Mrs Proper, Barb and the entire family, it saddens me to see this. Ray was a prominent member of the community hule I was growing up and there was not a day that when by his shop that he would stop what he was doing and just say hello and if no one was in the chair he would tell me to come in and we would talk about everything. He loved talking about our high school teams, followed all of us when we played and always asked me how little Rocky was doing.(Gary). I always knew I was safe on the streets if he was in his shop. I could go on with the stories, just know that the entire Rockwood clan send oir condolences. May he rest in peace. He and Ralph and Sister Helen are looking down on all of you.
