Phyllis was a dedicated worker at the Bellefonte Middle School! I will always remember our talks and her concern for what was happening at our school. She was petite but mighty in so many ways. One of her incredible qualities was her penmanship. We would exchange Christmas cards and we always knew it was from Phyllis because she had the most beautiful writing of anyone I have ever known. As a teacher, I wished I had her skills in this area. I regret not knowing she was in Centre Crest, I would have gone to visit her. May she Rest In Peace.
