I watched this guy come into the fire service as a tall, rangy kid. He had that quick grin and those intelligent eyes. In no time, we all knew Rob was a winner. Rob always gave more than he received. He has to be in Heaven. If he was at that other place, the fire would be out and things would already be in good order.
