My heart truly aches. I met Andy 14 years ago when I began working with the Oregon Telecommunications Association. He was very supportive of our organization and a pleasure to work with. What a wonderful, gentle man. I cannot help but smile when I think of his sweet spirit and soothing southern drawl. My thoughts and heartfelt prayers are, and will continue to be, with his family at this difficult time.
