I worked with and for Tom at World Color Press in Effingham, Ill in the early 70's. Less than two weeks ago I spoke with Tom and he seemed to be fine. He has always been a great friend to me and I will never forget his example as a great supervisor while working with him at World Color. I got to know Barbara and children well when Tom was building his home in Effingham and I spent several evenings assisting Tom. I will always remember Tom as a great friend and fellow worker. I will miss his phone calls and when I was diagnosed with bone cancer he wanted to know if there was anything he could do for me including coming to GA. Yes, I will miss Tom greatly. Larry Phillips
