Lt. Pope was a unique person. I worked for him in the mid 70's during some very difficult times for the Cincinnati Police Dept. He was a very funny guy in his own way and a talented leader. Then years later worked in Dist.5 with his son Dan and didn't realize they were father & son until Dan's death. It was an honor to have known and worked with both men. Paul Meyer
