I met Susie in 1974 at the Spring Valley Apts. in Farmers Branch, Tx. We were both recovering from "lost loves". We became friends instantly. We shared many laughs, bottles of scotch, trips skiing, and many tears and hugs. We lived next to each other or with each other over the next 8 years. My marriage took me an ocean away but our friendship endured. We shared cards, emails, phone calls, good and bad news. I will miss those moments. My greatest joy for Susie was when she met David and married him. My husband and I shared many memories with David and Susie over the years of our marriages. There could never have been a more perfect husband for Susie. He has been so wonderful to her though all of these last years of sickness--no greater love is that of a wonderful husband who is so caring. Even as I grieve my loss, I know that David's loss is greater. Jim and I send our love and our prayers to David at this most difficult time.
Paula was a beautiful classmate of mine. We went to Jr. and Sr. High school together. She was beautiful inside and out. Sorry for her passing. Prayers for her family.
The world was a more beautiful place while you were here. There is a hole in my heart that that will never be filled. Sweet memories & tears for my beautiful cousin. I love you Susie Q.
