Tammy, Bobby, Carol, Cathy, Charlotte, and family. we would like to say how sorry we are to hear of Joe's passing. I have good memories of Joe from a young girl ... One of the best ones is the middle fingers that he use to give my mom..I use to say my mom is Married ..then i waslike you just wait till im old enough to give it right back at ya .. that put a smile on his face for sure ..
