I often think of the things Ralph said to me as a kid and even as I went into business 25 years ago. Famous quote of Ralph " When writing NYS in regards to a matter, it is best to do it in crayon's & crooked like a kindergartner, only than do they understand". I totally appreciated the sign on his interior shop door, as time goes on. " I know you are there, I am also very "busy"!, don't whistle I'm not your dog, if you are in such a hurry, please just leave if too impatient & because we can't do business anyway good-bye!". I will forever remember his toy car collection, playing Atari with Bill or Skip or having hot chocolate while sitting on living room floor watching TV with Nancy when not in shop. Just isn't right that the guy that built all those wood stoves we had on farm, passes in a fire like this. A great generous man will be missed! Jack Shapiro
