As a private developer, Susan and I got to know Bob at HMFA. As a colleague and more importantly as a human being we deeply mourn Bob’s passing. He brightened all of our lives and his knowledge and practicality were a credit to HMFA and to us in the private sector. May his memory be a blessing.
